Tones Studios offers recording, mixing, mastering, production, video, and creative services for artists, bands, businesses, churches, nonprofits, and content creators.
Every project is different. The pricing below is intended to provide clear starting points so you can understand the general range of services available. Final pricing may vary depending on project scope, room selection, song count, editing needs, production complexity, scheduling, and deliverables.

Recording Sessions
Room + House Engineer Included
Recording sessions include use of the booked studio space and a house engineer, unless otherwise stated.
Producer involvement, advanced editing, session musicians, mixing, mastering, video, and creative services may be quoted separately unless included in a package.
Studio A + Live Room
Studio A + Live Room is our flagship recording environment and our premium option for bands, live tracking, larger productions, high-end vocal work, and projects that benefit from the full Tones Studios environment.
Hourly Rate — Starting at $100/hour
Minimum Booking — 2 hours
Half-Day Block — Starting at $450, up to 5 hours
Full-Day Block — Starting at $850, up to 10 hours
Studios B, C, and Other Recording Rooms
These rooms are a great fit for vocals, overdubs, smaller productions, podcast/audio work, editing, writing sessions, and projects that do not require Studio A + Live Room.
Hourly Rate — Starting at $80/hour
Minimum Booking — 2 hours
Half-Day Block — Starting at $375, up to 5 hours
Full-Day Block — Starting at $700, up to 10 hours
Mixing
Mixing is typically quoted per song based on track count, editing needs, production complexity, vocal production, arrangement density, and revision scope.
Mixing — Starting at $300/song
Standard and complex mix options are available depending on project scope.
Mastering
Mastering is available for singles, EPs, albums, and other release-ready projects.
Mastering — Starting at $120/song
EP, album, and bundled project pricing may be available depending on scope.
Editing / Tuning
Editing and tuning may be needed before mixing, release, or further production.
Vocal Editing / Tuning — Starting at $75/song
Drum Editing / Time Alignment — Starting at $75/song
Final pricing depends on track quality, timing issues, tuning needs, and project complexity.
Production / Arrangement
Production and arrangement services are available for artists who want creative support beyond basic recording.
This may include arrangement input, sound development, pre-production, instrumentation ideas, vocal production, producer-led project support, or help shaping a song before recording.

Production may be billed hourly as part of a session or quoted by project depending on scope.
Songwriting Support
Songwriting support is available for artists who want help developing lyrics, melody, structure, arrangement, or overall song direction.
Writing Session — Starting at $125/hour
Song Development — Starting at $500/song
Session Musicians
Session musicians may be available depending on the project, instrument, style, schedule, and scope.

Live Performance Capture & Studio Video
Live performance capture and studio video services are designed for artists who want professional release content, live-session videos, promotional material, or social media assets.
Live Performance Capture — Starting at $750/song
Polished Multi-Camera Session — Starting at $1,250/song
Cinematic / Expanded Content Package — Starting at $2,000/song
Social cutdowns, behind-the-scenes content, alternate edits, and other deliverables may be available depending on scope.
On-Location Capture
On-location capture is available for select projects.
Half Day — Starting at $900
Full Day — Starting at $1,600
Travel, editing, mix finishing, mastering, special technical requirements, and additional deliverables may be quoted separately depending on project scope.
Creative & Brand Support
Creative and brand-support services may be available for artists, businesses, churches, nonprofits, and creative projects.
Services may include artwork, photography, promo edits, social media visuals, EPKs, and other brand-support materials.
Artwork — Starting at $300/project
Artist Photo Session — Starting at $495/session
Promo / Social Content Edit — Starting at $250/piece
Additional creative services are available by request and quoted based on scope.
Artist Packages
Single Release Package
Starting at $1,250
A focused option for artists who want to professionally record, mix, and master one song.
Single Release Plus Package
Starting at $2,500
A more complete single-release option that may include additional production support, expanded recording time, or basic release content.
EP Production Package
Starting at $4,500
Designed for 3–5 song projects that need a more complete recording, mixing, mastering, and production path.
Studio Content Package
Starting at $2,000
Designed for artists who already have music ready and want professional studio video, live-session, or promotional content.
Packages are scoped after we understand the project. Submit an inquiry or schedule a studio visit to discuss the best fit.
Student Pricing
Student pricing may be available for qualifying off-peak bookings with valid student ID.
Booking Policies
A 50% deposit is required to reserve studio time.
Deposits may be credited, partially forfeited, or forfeited depending on the timing of cancellation or rescheduling. Full booking policies are provided before confirmation.
Two mix revision rounds are included with most mix projects.
One mastering revision round is included with most mastering projects.
Additional revisions may be billed separately.
Rush turnaround may be available depending on schedule and may include an additional rush fee.
